Chicken pie

inti pie on d stove
Cendol dah siap, nak makan nanti masukkan dalam santan, tambahkan kacang merah & jagung krim pon bole...jgn lupa masak gula merah. Sedap....rasa macam makan kat warung mamak je!
Dah tu nak masak chicken pie pulak. Resepi i tanya kat mr google, suma resepi dia tau! :)
Bhn2nya pastry:
150gm butter
280gm tpg gandum-diayak
1 kuning telur-pukul
garam
1 sudu teh gula halus
Inti:
boneless chicken breast - diced
button mushroom, mix vege pun bole la..
bwg besar - dadu
gula
garam
oyster sauce
lada hitam & putih
1/2 cwn cream
1/2 cwn grated cheddar cheese
Cara2
Gaul bhn2 pastry hingga tak melekat, biarkan
Tumis bawang, dah layu masukkan ayam & mix vege
pas tu masukkan sos tiram, garam, lada hitam & putih
dah nak masak, masukkan cream & cheese
kacau sekejap, padam api & sejukkam
Canai pastry, letakkan dlm bekas pie, potong lebihan tepung di tepi
isi inti kat dlm, tutup dgn sekeping pastry lagi
tekan tepi dgn fork
sapu kuning telur kat atas dia
bakar 180c selama 30 min/ 40 min ( bergantung pada bekas pembakar)
